We are looking for someone to take the lead and run the Operations for 6SensorLabs. You will be responsible for the Operations and launch of our first and follow-on products, from selecting CMs and transferring products into production, to overseeing the fulfillment and delivery to thousands of new customers.
Required Experience:
- BS or BA in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or other relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Operations, etc.)
- Direct experience with New Product Introduction and manufacturing of Consumer Electronic Products or electro-mechanical Medical Devices
- Direct experience with different manufacturing processes including injection molding, SMT, automated assembly processes, and QA/QC testing
- Proven track record of exceptional project management, delivering projects on-time, and to-budget
- Direct experience working with cross-functional teams and working with international OEMs

Your Role:
- Drive formulation and execution of the operations and manufacturing strategies to support the company's goals and objectives and deliver on its vision
- Build the manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics team
- Develop workflow systems, operation sequences and processes to optimize production efficiency
- Estimate manufacturing cost, determine cycle time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new product lines
- Engage with contract manufacturers to manage the RFQ process and negotiate contracts
- Establish and maintain key supplier relationships
- Design the supply chain and develop the tools and processes to manage inventory and forecasts
- Support product phase builds from EVT, DVT, PVT, through ramp
- Ensure exceptional product quality
- Deliver world class customer service
- Manage logistics and reverse logistics
- Own facilities management
- Frequent travel expected, probably overseas (10-35%)
