Product Designer (UX/UI)

At 6SensorLabs we’re developing life-changing products, enabling people with food allergies to trust their food. We offer you a unique opportunity to join an early stage, venture-backed startup with huge social impact potential. Our founding team members met at MIT and bonded over a passion to help people live healthier and happier lives, and moved to San Francisco to make that happen.

We're seeking self-motivated individuals who are passionate about the mission of our company, and thrive with the demands of an early stage startup. Translation: you dream big, you work hard, and you have a really great attitude.

We have a vision to build the number 1 go-to destination for anyone who cares about the safety and quality of their food. Imagine a Yelp for allergen-free, or gluten free, or organic, etc., and then imagine something 10x better than that. That's what we're building. That's why we need you.

You want to design incredible and holistic user experiences that understand the interplay of hardware with the software platform you'd be designing. You’d work closely with our front end iOS developer and head of marketing to figure out user interactions, flows, and our hardware team to understand the how the customer journey moves back and forth between the two. You know it’s essential to provide easy to use software to people who will share test results, view reviews, and interact with one another. You care about making a product that works across a diverse audience whose interest in food transparency is their commonality.
